Live365 allows broadcast of copyrighted music and covers all the royalties. I pay so much a month to cover these fees. Each song and listener costs Live365. There are two types of listener : Free and VIP. The latter pay a subscription to listen. Above you can see what is playing for listeners : playlist not available means no Free  listeners at this particular time.

At the moment both of my stations have only 5 free slots for listening (I may increase this in future) so unfortunately sometimes at peak times (generally working hours on the US Pacific coast) they are sold out (i.e. only available to VIPs).
